When is the Reunion?

Where is the Reunion being held this year?
In beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia! That's in Canada.

How do I register for the Reunion?
First, if you have not yet registered, do so now at our Registration Page. You will not be officially registered until you have paid the registration fee, which is yet to be announced. You will be notified by e-mail when it is announced.

How much is the registration fee?
We are still in the process of determining the amount of this year's registration fee. Check this website every few weeks for an announcement. Or register to go to Vancouver and you will be notified via e-mail!

What are all the pertinent deadlines?
If you don't yet have a passport and you are not a resident of Canada, then you should apply for a passport as soon as possible. For more information on passports, see our Travel Page. The registration date has yet to be announced.

Is there any other way to pay for the registration fee besides mailing it in?
You can now pay for the Reunion's registration fee through PayPal! Just log into your PayPal account and send the appropriate amount to our address at registration@awreunion.com!

How do I get to Vancouver?
Whether by plane, train, or automobile, you can find all the pertinent info on our Travel Page!

Do I need a passport?
If you're not a resident of Canada, then yes you do! All the pertinent info is on our Travel Page.

What do I need to bring?
Since Vancouver is in the Pacific Northwest, you will want to pack a small, portable umbrella and casual summer clothes. You'll also want to bring swimming attire, plenty of sunscreen, and of course, your camera! If you're not a resident of Canada, you'll also need a passport.
